Our Team

Global Medical Director,
Goldman Sachs

Dr. Kia Swan-Moore, MD, MPH, is the firm’s global medical director. In this role, she supports the global
health-related Benefits and Wellness activities in Human Capital Management (HCM). Kia has responsibility for the health, critical health solutions and health-related resilience services. She joined Goldman Sachs in 2024 as a managing director.

Prior to joining the firm, Kia was the associate chief medical officer for Corning, Inc. Before that, she worked as a regional medical director in Bayer AG and Monsanto Company and has extensive clinical
experience in occupational health.

Kia serves on the board of the Charlotte Ballet in North Carolina.

Kia earned a BS in Chemical Engineering from Northwestern University, a Doctor of Medicine from Rush Medical College, and a Master of Public Health from St. Louis University. She is board certified by the American Board of Preventive Medicine in Occupational Medicine.
