A four-time Emmy Award-winning medical expert and bestselling author, Dr. Ashton provides evidence-based, practical health guidance to help women make informed decisions at every stage of life. She combines clinical expertise with a real-world approach, translating complex medical topics into actionable insights.

Mr. Michael Dowling
Michael Dowling is one of health care’s most influential voices and serves as CEO Emeritus of Northwell Health, where he supports key public health initiatives while teaching and writing. As Northwell’s first president and chief executive officer, he led the organization for more than 23 years, overseeing significant growth, industry innovation, and a steadfast commitment to enhancing health for all. Recognized by TIME as one of the 100 Most Influential People in Global Health in 2025, he has received numerous honors throughout his career. Prior to joining Northwell, Mr. Dowling served in several leadership roles in New York State government and is the author of multiple books on healthcare and his life story.
President of the New York Eye and Ear Infirmary of Mount Sinai
Dr. James C. Tsai
Dr. James Tsai is an internationally recognized academic leader, clinician-scientist, and health system executive with nearly three decades of experience in ophthalmology, academic medicine, and population health. As President of New York Eye and Ear Infirmary of Mount Sinai and Health System Chair of Ophthalmology at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, he has led growth across clinical, research, and educational missions. An expert in the diagnosis and management of challenging glaucoma cases and complex glaucoma surgery, Dr. Tsai has published more than 225 manuscripts, reviews, book chapters, and textbooks. He serves in numerous leadership roles in ophthalmology and academic medicine and is the recipient of the American Academy of Ophthalmology’s Lifetime Achievement Award.
Chief Medical Officer, Citi
Dr. Lori Zimmerman
Dr. Lori Zimmerman is Chief Medical Officer at Citi, where she oversees the strategic direction and operational management of global health and well-being programs. She leads a team of 125 employees and non-employees responsible for on-site medical clinics, health and insurance programs, employee leave administration, and well-being initiatives serving Citi employees worldwide. Dr. Zimmerman provides guidance on U.S. health and safety compliance, global health preparedness, and pandemic response planning. She holds diplomate certification from the American Board of Internal Medicine and has been with Citi for more than three decades.
