Danianne brings over twenty-five years of leadership in academic and research libraries.
Prior to her most recent role as Dean of Libraries at Montclair State University, she held positions at Cornell University, University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Columbia University, University of Pennsylvania, University of Pittsburgh, and Academy of Natural Sciences.
She holds a Master of Library & Information Science from University of Pittsburgh, Master of Fine Arts from Yale School of Drama, and Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Brown University.
A native New Yorker, she looks forward to drawing from her career as a STEM librarian and innovator to steward NYAM’s library to its next century.
