Life Story Club

Lily Zhou, MPA is the founder of Life Story Club, a nonprofit tackling loneliness and ageism facing older
adults through the power of storytelling and human connection. The organization creates intimate, intergenerational social clubs where participants share and capture life stories, fostering belonging and purpose. Lily is also a founding member of Zapleap, an impact capital firm advancing philanthropy and impact investing strategies to improve the quality of life for older people.

With a background in data science and finance, she has worked at the intersection of economic research,  policy, and social innovation, holding roles at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, the OECD, Women’s World Banking, and fintech startup CommonBond.

She earned her Master of Public Affairs at Columbia University.
