With over 27 years of experience in the Life Sciences and Health Care industry at Deloitte, Jen is a trusted advisor who enables health executives to embrace and prepare for digital transformation and innovation within the ever-changing health ecosystem. As a Founding Partner of Deloitte’s Health Institute, Jen set the strategy for investments and authored research around health disparities in the US and most recently, in women’s health. Jen is passionate about partnering with health organizations through the next wave of disruption and reassembly, defining innovative and equitable business models, and the organization and workforce strategies that enable them. She is a nationally acclaimed speaker on the topics of Future of Health and Women’s Health and has authored primary research and publications on these topics as well as on Leadership, Future of Work & Workforce Transformation, Decision Making & Organization Strategies in the industry. For over ten years, Jen has served as Deloitte’s account leader for leading Academic Health Centers, including Northwell Health, New York Presbyterian and Dana Farber Cancer Institute, collaborating with the CEO and executive teams to strategize, design and deliver significant transformation programs, while enabling the leadership team’s individual and team success. From 2021–2025, Jen served as Deloitte’s US Advisory Healthcare Industry Leader, doubling the practice’s growth during her tenure, amplifying Deloitte’s brand in the industry, expanding Deloitte’s healthcare solutions and services portfolio. Previously, Jen served as the Chief Innovation Officer for Deloitte’s Health Care practice, leading Deloitte’s Life Sciences & Healthcare Innovation Catalyst in New York, Tel Aviv, Silicon Valley.
As co-founder and executive sponsor of Deloitte’s Physician Leadership Academy, Jen designed and led this program to evolve leadership capabilities for those physician leaders succeeding in key executive roles across the healthcare system. The 10th cohort of physician leaders just graduated from the Academy. From 2016–2019, Jen served as Global Chief People Officer for Deloitte and led the development of a global talent model, implementing foundational diversity strategy globally, and created career pathways across Deloitte’s global business units.
Jen has published studies and papers as well as blogs; led podcasts on inclusion as a strategic lever and the power of leadership capabilities in the healthcare industry. Jen is also a guest lecturer at Columbia’s Mailman School of Public Health, Wharton Business School and University of Pennsylvania, and has been featured as a Modern Healthcare “Executive Spotlight”.
Jen received a Bachelor of Arts in both Anthropology and Women and Gender Studies from Amherst College in 1989, and her MBA in Financial Management from Columbia Business School as well as an MPH in Population Health from Columbia’s Mailman School of Public Health in 1998. She was a Fellow at USC Center for Effective Organizations and Leadership Fellow with the International Women’s Forum.
