Weather-Smart Primary Care NYC Action Convening

Join colleagues and community tackle weather exposure’s impact on community health. New York Academy of Medicine (NYAM) is hosting a local action convening to generate recommendations and spark concrete pilots, partnerships, and collaborations to advance the development and dissemination of primary care solutions that better prevent and manage the direct patient health impacts of common weather conditions, such as heat and poor air quality.
