Public Programming & Special Events Manager, Development
Joseph Argabrite, MPA, is the Public Programming and Special Events Manager for NYAM. In this roll he oversees the creation, design, and execution of NYAM’s fundraising, cultivation, and public programming events. Prior to NYAM, he spent many years managing a diverse array of programs and events, from small business round tables to sold out shows at Carnegie Hall, in both the non-profit and corporate worlds. Before turning his focus to programming and events, Joseph spent time in advocacy and government. The common thread in his career has been to raise important issues, through different voices, for new audiences. Joseph received his BA in Political Science from the University of Richmond and his MPA from Virginia Commonwealth University. Outside of work you are most likely to find him trying his hand at some new recipe, exploring the Hudson Valley, or watching some obscure documentary at home.
