Now Gen Fellows Initiative
Leveraging New York’s Health Ecosystem For Bidirectional Mentorship
New York Academy of Medicine is steeped in experience earned over the course of a rich history. This gives us the context to work diligently to help everyone live healthier, longer lives. The Now Gen program leverages our community of nearly 2,000 Fellows to empower collaboration by addressing tomorrow’s health issues today.
Why Apply
Be among our initial cohort of Now Gen Fellows representing pioneering health institutions, from community hospitals to university medical schools. This is a pivotal moment to experience mentorship that will benefit Fellows, their institutions, and their communities. New York Academy of Medicine is deeply interwoven into New York’s health fabric, and will help you help others as we all adapt amidst an atmosphere of shifting federal policy positions, turbulence and opportunities with AI, and other areas where it is more crucial than ever to stay ahead of the curve.
The Now Gen alumni network will continue to engage and collaborate after the program’s conclusion. This is an investment in blossoming careers, part of the legacy for respected career tenures, and a gift for the health of our communities both now and for future generations.
