A Taste of East Harlem: Healthy Catering Guide is an exciting new initiative to promote a culture of buying locally and to encourage healthy eating by applying the New York City Standards for Meetings and Events to existing menus from restaurants in East Harlem. It is composed of local catering menus to provide options that meet the New York City Food Standards requirement for food purchased by city agencies and their contractors.
