The "City Voices: New Yorkers on Health" report series is based on a unique community needs assessment conducted by the Academy. In surveys and focus groups spanning Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens and the Bronx; translated into 10 languages; and including city residents ages 18 to 102, health advocates and city residents raised their voices to tell clinicians and policy makers what they need and want to stay healthy and well in the city.
