We are pleased to inform you that we are upgrading our website systems to facilitate event registration, dues payment and donation processing.
These changes are being made with your convenience and security in mind. Our new payment system uses state of the art encryption and is safe, and secure.
Today we are notifying you of the new event registration process to access your Fellows/Members and Friends discounts:
For applicable events, on the event description page on our website, you will simply need to enter your email and click “confirm email,” as shown in the image below. You must use the email that the Academy has on file – the one we use to communicate with you.
You will then be directed to the registration page to purchase your ticket(s). Your discount will be applied at checkout as a coupon, as shown in the image below.
If you purchase one ticket, you will be prompted to pay the discounted rate during checkout. If you purchase more than one ticket, the first ticket will be discounted, and any additional tickets for guests will cost the regular ticket price.
Fellows and Members no longer need to log in to receive the discount. We hope you will find this to be a convenient and quick way to secure your discounted event rate.
