Epiquery is a fairly comprehensive database that includes the following data sets:

The New York City Community Health Profiles capture the health of 42 New York City neighborhoods. These comprehensive reports provide detailed information on significant health issues and serve as a critical resource for improving health, community by community.
My Community’s Health is a NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene website with most of the epidemiologic and statistical resources available.
Vital Statistics is also hosted by the NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene.

Citywide Performance Reporting (CPR) lets you access and review data on the performance of City agencies in delivering services to the public.
HRA/DSS Stats offers current tables and charts about the Human Resources Administration/Department of Social Services and its programs.
Infoshare, produced by Community Studies of New York, is a database of official New York City statistics, including census (1980-2000), Housing and Vacancy Survey, crime, health & vital statistics, public schools, etc. You can build tables profiling an area in the city, using any unit of geography ?from city or borough to ZIP code, census tract, community district, police precinct, neighborhood, health area, and more.
My Neighborhood Statistics lets New York City residents know how City agencies are performing in their neighborhood by viewing locally mapped performance statistics using a street address or intersection.
New York’s Competitiveness - Prepared by the Citizens Budget Commission, this series of reports compares New York City and New York State to other cities and states around the country.

NY Labor Statistics provides economic information from the U.S. Department of Labor and the Bureau of Labor Statistics.
NYC Housing and Neighborhood Information System, a service of NYU's Furman Center for Real Estate and Urban Policy, allows users to choose a NYC neighborhood and retrieve data about it in terms of housing units and vacancies, land use, income, school attendance, crime, and other factors. The results can then be mapped or charted in various ways. Access is free, but users must register for the site.
U.S. Census Bureau State and County Quick Facts offers basic demographic data from the census bureau.
Welfare Reform and Social Indicators - Current data for the city, each borough, and each Congressional District, from the Fiscal Policy Institute.

America's Health: State Health Rankings is an annual report produced by the United Health Foundation in partnership with the American Public Health Association (APHA) and the Partnership for Prevention.
The Center for Health Workforce Studies conducts studies of the supply, demand, use, and education of the health workforce. It also collects and analyzes data to understand workforce dynamics and trends.
The Community Health Assessment Clearinghouse is the State Department of Health's "one-stop" resource for community health planners, practitioners, and policy developers.
HIV/AIDS in NYS provides the State Department of Health's AIDS Surveillance Quarterly Updates
Injury Facts for NYS offers statistics from the State Department of Health in the categories of: assaults, bicycle injuries, falls, motor vehicle crashes, pedestrian injuries, self-inflicted injuries, submersion injuries, central nervous system injuries, traumatic brain injuries, and spinal cord injuries.
Kaiser State Health Facts, from the Kaiser Family Foundation, provides demographics, health needs indicators, health insurance coverage, and Medicaid enrollment.
New York State Kids Well-being Indicators Clearinghouse has a searchable database of children's health, education and well-being indicators.
New York State County Health Indicator Profiles are a summary of selected health statistics for each New York State county as well as for New York State, New York City, and New York State exclusive of New York City. Annual tabulations in the areas of socio-demographics, perinatal health, mortality, AIDS, hospitalizations, and disease morbidity; from the NYS DOH.
New York State Prevention Agenda Indicators provide information to plan prevention programs, develop new policies, and measure progress on the New York State Prevention Agenda. Launched by Commissioner Richard F. Daines, MD, in April 2008, the Prevention Agenda aims to reduce or eliminate racial, ethnic, and socioeconomic health disparities where they exist.

Assessing the New Federalism State Database: This database includes information on the fifty states and the District of Columbia in areas including income security, health, child well-being, demographic, fiscal and political conditions, and social services. The information can be used to compare states with each other or with the nation as a whole, to track trends over time, or to analyze relationships among different state characteristics. The database can be used online, or downloaded to use on your desktop.
The New York State Data Center, hosted by Empire State Development (ESD), provides commonly requested economic development data such as census and employment information.
The Checklist of Official Publications of the State of New York is a compilation of State documents acquired by the New York State Library.

FedStats provides access to official statistical information produced by more than 100 Federal agencies that provide data and trend information on such topics as economic and population trends, crime, education, health care, aviation safety, energy use, farm production.
New York State DMV Statistics includes accident tables and license and registration tables.
New York Non-profit Profile offers summary statistics on the number of 501(c)(3) charitable organizations, and reporting charitable organizations and their finances, from the National Center for Charitable Statistics at the Urban Institute.
