Director, Development
Nancy Clayman is currently the Director of Development. With more than 25 years of experience with media, volunteer and faith-based organizations, Nancy has worked with CEOs, boards of directors, volunteers and staff, leading successful efforts to drive philanthropic growth.
Prior to joining the Academy, Nancy was the Director of Development at 70 Faces Media where she focused on building strong board leadership and stewarding relationships with stakeholders to increase annual fundraising while securing major support for the future.
Additional experience includes leading the development effort for “She Says - Women in News,” a National Emmy Award winning documentary and implementing a major fundraising initiative for the young women of Hadassah to support stem cell research in Israel and advocacy in the United States. Early in her career, Nancy implemented development programs for several nonprofit organizations including The Alan Guttmacher Institute, National Council of Jewish Women and The Association of Junior Leagues International. She is a graduate of the Boston University School of Communication.
